This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate project activities, manage administrative tasks, and support project teams in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about construction management, ensuring smooth operations from project initiation through completion. You will play a vital role in facilitating communication, maintaining schedules, and supporting project documentation to keep everything on track and within scope. •
MUST BE PROFICIENT IN PROCORE
• - Please do not apply if you do not have experience with procore. Responsibilities Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using construction management software such as Microsoft projects, PROCORE Coordinate communication among project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely updates and issue resolution. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and progress reports with precision and transparency. Support construction estimating processes by gathering data, preparing cost summaries, and reviewing bid packages. Utilize construction estimating tools like ProCore and Bluebeam to review plans, markups, and collaborate on project drawings efficiently. Oversee daily office operations related to construction projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking action items. Assist with project scheduling adjustments based on site progress and resource availability while ensuring adherence to deadlines. Maintain accurate records of project activities, correspondence, contracts, and permits to ensure compliance and easy retrieval. Support site visits by coordinating logistics, documenting observations, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Facilitate effective time management across multiple projects by prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines proactively. Requirements Proven experience with construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam, Microsoft projects. Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and contract administration processes. Hands-on experience with construction site operations or related fieldwork is advantageous. Excellent project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Demonstrated understanding of construction management principles including contracts, safety protocols, and site documentation. Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail; strong time management abilities are critical. Effective communication skills for liaising between teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
