Project Manager - Commercial Drywall Union Contractor A union commercial drywall contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee drywall and interior systems projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial drywall and metal framing, who can manage multiple projects while coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful delivery. The company offers a collaborative environment with a steady pipeline of commercial interior projects, providing long-term stability and growth.

Location:

Concord, CA Responsibilities Manage commercial drywall and interior systems projects from preconstruction through completion Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to fully understand project scope Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement Track and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment with field teams Attend project meetings and maintain communication with stakeholders Ensure compliance with union requirements and project specifications Manage multiple projects simultaneously Requirements 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial drywall construction Experience with Division 9 scopes, including drywall and metal framing Experience working with or within a union contractor environment preferred Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$125,000 - $160,000 base (depending on experience) Benefits include: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Bonus opportunities
