Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated professional to lead and oversee multi-discipline engineering projects focused on Transmission & Substation Projects from concept through completion. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and with the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Manage safety, planning, siting, permitting, estimating, engineering, procurement, project controls, and closeout activities throughout all project phases. Develop and monitor project schedules, control scope and costs, and ensure overall client satisfaction through effective communication and coordination. Establish and lead project teams, organize internal and external risk reviews, and ensure compliance with all internal QA/QC guidelines and project controls systems. Identify and pursue new client opportunities, participate in proposals, presentations, and support business development efforts while mentoring less experienced staff.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field from an accredited program. Minimum of 7 years of related experience in design engineering, including at least 3 years managing engineering projects (completion of a master's degree in a related field may be substituted for one year of experience). Proven success in project management, including the ability to develop business and establish strong client relationships. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong experience in document control, scheduling, cost control, and project management software.
