Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field from an accredited program Minimum of 7 years of experience in design engineering, including at least 3 years managing engineering projects Proven success in project management and client relationship development Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills-verbal and written-with the capacity to present complex concepts clearly Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, document control, scheduling, and project management software Ability to influence stakeholders and lead teams effectively Experience with consulting, Transmission & Distribution projects P.E. and PMP certifications Familiarity with project controls systems and environmental permitting processes Prior experience managing large, multi-discipline engineering teams

Preferred Education and Experience:

Master's degree in a related field (may substitute for one year of experience) Extensive background in transmission and substation project delivery Prior work with utility clients and strong industry connections
