Marketing Project Manager Overview The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for driving the successful execution of marketing programs, campaigns, and strategic initiatives. This role oversees the full project lifecycle-including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery-while ensuring cross-functional alignment and operational efficiency. You'll bring structure, visibility, and accountability to marketing efforts, enabling teams to collaborate effectively and deliver measurable business impact. We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic problem solver who can manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end management of marketing projects from concept through completion Partner cross-functionally with Product, Platform, Finance, Digital Experience, Revenue Marketing, and other teams to align priorities and execution Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment Identify project risks, dependencies, and opportunities across workstreams and proactively drive solutions Establish and optimize workflows, improving processes and identifying operational efficiencies Oversee project budgets and ensure delivery against defined business goals and objectives Coordinate with external vendors and internal partners to ensure seamless execution Prepare and deliver clear, concise status updates and progress reports to stakeholders Support PMO initiatives by modeling process improvements and testing scenarios to enhance execution Communicate effectively across teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in marketing or related environments Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly matrixed environment Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and act as a connector across teams Preferred Traits Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset Strong attention to detail with the ability to see both strategic and tactical priorities High level of integrity and accountability Collaborative, team-focused approach with a willingness to ask questions and continuously learn
