MEP Project Manager 📍 Onsite | Full-Time Overview Seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager / Coordinator to lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems on complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout . Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, low-voltage) across all project phases Lead planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Review construction drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructability Oversee RFIs, change orders, commissioning, and closeout processes Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams Ensure compliance with local codes, inspections, and safety standards Support preconstruction, estimating, budgeting, and cost control (quantity takeoffs, MEP pricing) Partner with VDC/BIM teams to resolve coordination issues Identify and mitigate project risks, conflicts, and service disruptions Drive quality control, testing, and system performance Qualifications Experience managing MEP scopes on commercial or industrial construction projects Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems Proficient in construction documents, scheduling, and project coordination Experience with BIM/VDC, RFIs, submittals, and change management Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors Interested?
