This role offers an exciting opportunity to bring outdoor visions to life by managing all aspects of landscape construction, maintenance, and horticultural services. As a key leader on our team, you will coordinate with clients, supervise crews, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Your expertise in landscaping, lawn care, tree care, irrigation, and garden maintenance will drive project success and client satisfaction. Duties Plan, organize, and manage residential landscape projects from initial consultation through final walkthrough Supervise and coordinate crews engaged in landscaping, lawn care, irrigation installation, tree care, gardening, and general maintenance Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on landscape design and maintenance solutions Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution Monitor project progress regularly, troubleshoot issues promptly, and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee craftsmanship excellence throughout each phase of the project Skills Extensive knowledge of landscape construction projects. Including pavers, flagstone, pergolas, water features, outdoor living. Proven supervising experience leading teams in landscaping or construction environments Strong understanding of horticulture principles and plant health management Skilled in irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting strong understanding of outdoor living construction practices.
