Job Description

We are a small, established architectural firm specializing in commercial and educational facility design, seeking a full-time project manager / project architect to join our team. This professional will help design, document, and manage a variety of commercial and residential project types in all phases from programming through construction administration.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute work as a reliable, integral member of a project team
  • Coordinate multiple projects with consultants, clients, and regulatory agencies
  • Prepare and coordinate detailed construction drawings
  • Perform construction administration duties
Required Experience:
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Architecture
  • 3+ years of experience in architectural design and documentation
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and other design technology programs
  • Experience in Bluebeam and Procore is a plus
  • Experience in various commercial projects; Educational is a plus
  • Ability to travel to job sites, client and/or agency meetings
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinking towards project needs and able to problem-solve independently
  • Knowledge of construction techniques, constructability of a project, code compliancy, and details, with the ability to relay the information into a complete set of construction documents
  • Exercise quality control of drawings and designs
