Collaborating closely with Research & Development, CMC, and Clinical colleagues, the Director (or Senior Director, dependent on experience), Project Management will serve as the cross-functional team lead responsible for project management of an OnKure development program.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage at least one asset-specific project, working vertically, horizontally, and cross-functionally to achieve goals and set realistic timelines Serve as product development team lead Lead and coordinate project team meetings, ensuring alignment and communication between working groups Establish and maintain project timelines, coordinating with appropriate Discovery, CMC, Legal, Quality, Development, Regulatory, Finance, and Business Development stakeholders Ensure project status, team activities, and decisions made are properly communicated, documented, and archived Regularly communicate project updates to Executive Leadership Proactively identify project risks, preparing plans for mitigation and contingencies Manage cross-functional resources, timelines, and budget to ensure success Provide project management for business development projects and academic collaborations Build and maintain relationships with external partners, CROs, academic collaborators, and KOLs as needed to ensure goals and timelines are met Demonstrate an ability to gain a technical working knowledge of the activities relevant to specific project domains Collaborate with project management team to identify process improvements and ensure consistency across programs

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

BS/MS/PhD or equivalent in chemistry, biology, or a related discipline 10+ years' experience project management in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, with 5+ years of oncology and/or rare disease project management experience preferred

Senior Director:

12+ years of experience PMP Certification or Project Management training from an accredited program preferred Demonstrated ability to communicate scientific and technical concepts to a broad audience Demonstrated ability to implement structure on a cross-functional team to increase team efficiency Strong communication skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams Detail oriented with strong organizational skills A desire to continue to learn and to jump in where needed at a small, growing organization
