Pay:
$60-$75/hour + Completion Bonus Monday-Friday 8am-5pm / Onsite Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized and driven Project Manager to oversee cross-functional projects and ensure successful execution across teams, timelines, and operational objectives. This role will lead day-to-day project coordination, track progress to plan, communicate project status to stakeholders, and escalate risks or issues when needed to keep projects on track. Responsibilities Lead and manage projects from planning through execution and completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on track and within scope. Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to leadership and stakeholders. Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints; escalate issues as necessary. Facilitate project meetings, action item tracking, and follow-up activities. Partner with operations and logistics teams to support inventory planning and operational readiness. Assist with inventory management initiatives, physical inventory planning, and supply chain coordination. Work closely with warehouse, procurement, operations, and other departments to align project priorities. Ensure clear communication and accountability across project teams. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project execution. Qualifications 3-5+ years of project management or program management experience. Strong experience managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams. Experience in logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain environments preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and solve problems in fast-paced environments. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and project tracking tools. PMP certification is a plus.
