What you'll actually do Meet homeowners, inspect and measure roofs, and run in-person demos with both decision-makers. Ask for the sale, handle objections, and close; our PMs run a 45-55% close ratio when they work the system. Keep your funnel full through prospecting and referrals, in busy seasons and slow ones alike. Manage your jobs from contract to final payment: be on site at the start, check the work, walk the completion with the customer, and earn the review and the referrals. Take ownership of every job you sign. What you bring A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. The discipline to run your own day and the drive to keep growing. Sales or roofing experience is a strong plus; attitude and work ethic matter more. A willingness to learn our system.
