Opens a new window. Hunt, Guillot & Associates (HGA) is seeking a Project Coordinator II to support operations in Brighton, CO. This mid-level role is designed for professionals with solid project coordination experience who are ready to take on increased responsibility, support more complex projects, and contribute directly to project execution within the power and utilities industry. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced administrative and coordination support to multiple project teams Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and tracking tools Manage document control processes, ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely distribution Prepare, review, and maintain project records, reports, and correspondence with minimal supervision Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing detailed minutes, and tracking action items to completion Support procurement activities, vendor coordination, invoicing, and detailed cost tracking and reporting Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential scheduling, cost, or resource conflicts Serve as a key point of contact for internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication Assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of project coordination processes and tools Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Support onboarding and mentoring of junior coordinators or administrative staff, as needed Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 4-6 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), including tracking and reporting functions Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Preferred Qualifications Associate or Bachelors degree in a related field preferred (e.g., Electrical Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering Technology, Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Utility Management/Energy Systems, Construction Management, or other applied technical or project-focused disciplines) Experience supporting construction, engineering, or utility projects Familiarity with project management and document management systems (e.g., scheduling or tracking software) Experience with cost tracking, budgeting support, or financial reporting Understanding of project lifecycle phases and project coordination best practices This position pays in the $35-$46/hour range Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
