Director of Operations About Valor Technical Cleaning Valor Technical Cleaning is a fast-growing specialty cleaning and technical services company supporting commercial, industrial, and regulated environments. We pride ourselves on operational excellence, rapid response, and disciplined execution across every project. We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Project Manager to directly support the Director of Operations in driving field performance, client satisfaction, and scalable growth. Position Overview The Project Manager will serve as the operational right hand to the Director of Operations. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from intake through completion—ensuring timelines, budgets, compliance standards, and quality expectations are met. This is a high-visibility role with growth potential into senior operations leadership.Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution Manage multiple concurrent field projects from kickoff to closeout Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and staffing plans Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and materials Monitor job costs and protect margin performance Ensure all safety and compliance standards are met Operational Support Support the Director of Operations with reporting, KPIs, and workflow optimization Implement and improve SOPs across field operations Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve operational issues Assist with capacity planning and crew deployment Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as primary point of contact for assigned projects Provide status updates to clients and internal leadership Manage change orders and scope adjustments Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business Financial Oversight Track project budgets, labor costs, and material expenses Review invoices and validate billing accuracy Assist in forecasting revenue and project pipelineQualifications Required:
3-7 years of project management experience (construction, industrial services, facilities, restoration, or similar industries preferred) Strong operational mindset with high attention to detail Experience managing field teams or subcontractors Budget management and cost control experience Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Excel Valid driver's licensePreferred:
