Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pole Barn Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of pole barn construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring strong construction management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality structures efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of pole barn construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope. Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation during construction. Utilize construction management software Oversee on-site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and contractual obligations. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports. Monitor project progress regularly through site visits and updates; adjust schedules as needed to maintain momentum. Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a focus on pole barn or similar heavy timber structures. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings. Proficiency with construction estimating software and project management tools Familiarity with contracts management and legal aspects of construction projects. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling and time management to meet tight deadlines. On-site construction experience with an understanding of civil site work and structural assembly processes. Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination across multiple stakeholders. Ability to interpret schematics and technical specifications accurately; experience with construction site safety protocols is preferred.
