Opportunity Overview:
As a Renovations Project Manager , you'll take the lead on interior value-add projects across our portfolio—ensuring renovations are completed on time, on budget, and up to our high standards. You'll own the day-to-day details, keep communication flowing, and drive projects that elevate our communities and boost long-term value.
Your Day-to-Day:
Lead the charge on apartment renovation projects—planning, managing, and driving each one to successful completion Create and refine project scopes, then coordinate with both trusted contractors and in-house maintenance teams to keep everything on time and on budget Manage the full bid process, from preparing documents to reviewing proposals and selecting the best partners for the job Collaborate with design and project teams to choose finishes, appliances, flooring, and other upgrade features that elevate our communities Work closely with Community Managers, Regional Project Managers, and senior leadership to align on project timelines and strategies Ensure every project follows company policies and complies with all safety, legal, and regulatory standards Champion a culture of integrity, respect, and professionalism in all interactions—with residents, vendors, teammates, and partners
