Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Roofing Project Manager to lead and oversee roofing construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success and client satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse roofing projects while utilizing cutting-edge construction management software and technical skills. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of roofing projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project flow Review contracts to ensure accurate understanding of project requirements Utilize construction estimating tools for accurate cost forecasting and budget management Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met Manage project documentation using construction management software for efficient communication and record-keeping Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues promptly, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications Facilitate effective project coordination through clear communication of schedules, deliverables, and expectations Ensure timely procurement of materials by collaborating with suppliers and managing delivery schedules Requirements Proven experience in roofing or general construction project management with a strong background in construction site operations Solid understanding of of construction estimating processes Ability to develop detailed project schedules and manage project timelines effectively using scheduling tools Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and site coordination practices Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, team members, subcontractors, and vendors Join us as a Roofing Project Manager to lead innovative roofing projects that make a difference!
