Our company is built on accountability, speed, quality workmanship, and strong relationships. We are looking for a high-level General Manager who can help organize operations, lead teams, improve systems, and scale the company to the next level. This is not a corporate desk-only position. We need someone who can lead people, solve problems fast, manage multiple moving parts, and bring structure to a growing operation. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple divisions of our construction/service business. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, experienced in construction operations, and capable of managing office staff, field teams, project flow, scheduling, budgeting, and accountability systems. The General Manager will work directly with ownership to improve efficiency, profitability, communication, and long-term scalability of the company. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across all company divisions Manage office staff, field supervisors, subcontractors, and crews Improve company systems, SOPs, workflows, and accountability Monitor project timelines, scheduling, and job progress Coordinate with estimating, accounting, and operations departments Help manage budgets, expenses, job costing, and profitability Resolve operational problems quickly and professionally Maintain high standards for customer service and workmanship Track KPIs and company performance metrics Assist ownership with long-term growth strategy Hire, train, and develop team members Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and profitably Requirements A Minimum of 8 years of experience is required A Minimum of 3 Recommendations from past jobs 3 letters of recommendation required Experience with Multi-Million Dollar companies preferably 10M+ Preferred Experience Construction management experience Multi-division operations management Experience with QuickBooks, CRMs, scheduling systems, or project management software Budgeting and job costing knowledge Experience managing subcontractors and employees Ability to read reports, P&Ls, and operational metrics Compensation Section Competitive salary based on experience Performance bonuses available Growth opportunity into executive leadership Company vehicle/allowance (if applicable) Paid time off Ideal Candidate Has strong leadership and communication skills Has experience managing construction or service-based businesses Can handle high-pressure situations and multiple moving parts Understands scheduling, operations, project management, and team accountability Is proactive and solution-oriented Can build systems instead of relying on chaos We are a family-owned company that moves fast and expects accountability.
