This critical role ensures seamless execution from initial design handoff through final installation, delivering high-quality custom cabinetry projects on time.
Key Responsibilities Design Handoff :
Receive shop drawings and specifications from designers, review for accuracy, and prepare detailed production packages.
Material Ordering :
Source, purchase, and track all materials including wood, hardware, finishes, and specialty items while maintaining cost control and supplier relationships.
Production Coordination :
Communicate project specifications clearly to the production/shop team, monitor progress, resolve issues, and keep projects on schedule.
Quality Control :
Perform thorough inspections of completed work before it leaves the shop to ensure it meets our quality standards and client expectations.
Scheduling & Logistics :
Develop and manage delivery and installation timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
Installation Oversight :
Work closely with installation teams on-site, troubleshoot any field issues, and ensure the project is completed to the highest standards with strong client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in project management for custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, or high-end residential/commercial woodworking. Strong knowledge of cabinetry materials, hardware, finishes, and construction processes. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with project management tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings. Experience in both residential and commercial projects. Background 10+ years working directly in a cabinet shop or millwork environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for site visits).
Pay:
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
