Position Summary:
As a Project Manager, you'll work directly with ownership on innovative and technically challenging projects that provide meaningful responsibility, opportunities for professional growth, and a true sense of pride in your work.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the plan drafting process and coordinate client design revisions.
  • Oversee material procurement, working closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Review plans with lead carpenters to establish clear expectations before each build.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and schedule adherence.
  • Maintain high workmanship standards in line with company guidelines.
  • Provide weekly project updates to homeowners and general contractors to maintain transparency and trust.
  • Coordinate inspections, resolve deficiencies, and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Create and manage punch lists to ensure projects are completed to standard.
  • Lead, support, and mentor crews to promote collaboration and accountability.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • 2 years of in-field experience with a strong technical understanding of construction assemblies and residential home building
  • Proficient in reading, organizing, and modifying architectural drawings for takeoffs and QA/QC.
  • Experience managing multiple crews and trade professionals.
  • Strong material management and scheduling skills.
  • Knowledge of local construction codes and inspection requirements.
  • Excellent communication and client-relations skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience
  • Paid time off: 2 weeks initially, increasing to 3 weeks after 2 years
  • Sick time accrual
