We manage a diverse portfolio of multifamily, residential and commercial assets with a focus on operational excellence, value creation, and scalable growth. We are building a high-performance organization and are looking for a leader who can elevate our team, strengthen accountability, and drive consistent results across the portfolio. Role Overview We are seeking a Director of Property Management to lead and scale our property management operations. This role is a people leadership position, responsible for building, coaching, and holding accountable a team of property managers, while also overseeing day-to-day operations and performance across the portfolio. You will set the standard for execution, develop talent, solve problems, and ensure the team consistently delivers strong financial and operational outcomes. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & People Management Develop, and lead a team of property managers Set clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability standards Coach, mentor, and provide ongoing performance feedback Address challenges proactively and solve team and property-level issues Build a strong culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement Operations & Performance Management Oversee day-to-day property management operations across the portfolio Drive performance against key metrics (occupancy, delinquency, maintenance, resident/owner satisfaction) Implement and enforce standardized processes and best practices Ensure consistent execution across all properties Client & Asset Oversight Serve as a trusted partner to ownership groups Align property operations with client financial and investment goals Oversee onboarding, stabilization, and ongoing asset performance Systems & Growth Improve operational infrastructure, reporting, and team workflows Support expansion into new properties and markets Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and scaling the platform What Success Looks Like A high-performing, accountable team of property managers Consistent execution across the portfolio Improved property-level financial performance Strong owner relationships and retention Scalable systems that support growth Qualifications 5+ years of property management experience Proven track record of leading and managing teams Demonstrated ability to hold teams accountable and drive results Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Deep understanding of property management operations and financial performance Highly organized, data-driven, and execution-focused Compensation & Benefits $100,000-$125,000 base starting Paid time off Why Join Property Alliance Opportunity to build and lead a team, not just manage properties Direct impact on company growth and performance Entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment with high accountability Clear path to grow with the organization
