You will not walk in on day one running client calls and pushing back on designers — that's where you'll be in 6-12 months. You will walk in learning how we run jobs, taking the administrative and coordination weight off the owner, and earning the relationships one at a time. What you'll own in your first 90 days Live job tracking inside our existing Excel-based project management system RFI logs, submittals, change orders, and shop drawing routing between our drafter, the GC, and the designer Material procurement timing against the shop schedule Punch list and install coordination with our shop lead and install crew Sitting in on every client, GC, and designer call so you learn the relationships and the language What you'll grow into by month 12 Running client, GC, and designer communication end-to-end on your own jobs Holding the four-milestone payment structure together when GCs push pay-when-paid Walking jobsites for measure, install, and punch Owning job-level margin against the cost-to-sale multipliers we track Who you are 2-5 years in a coordinator, assistant PM, project engineer, or estimator role at a millwork shop, custom fab shop, high-end residential

OR:
came up on a shop floor (millwork, metal, cabinetry, casework) and want to step off the tools into the office Fluent reading shop drawings and architectural sets Comfortable in Bluebeam or any PDF markup tool, Excel without flinching, and email as a real work product Rhino, AutoCAD, or CAD familiarity is a plus, not a requirement You write clearly. You return calls. You don't let things sit. You'd rather work in a shop than a tower Who you are not Heavy civil, highway, site work, or ground-up commercial GC background — this is not that job Looking for Primavera P6, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, or a 4,000-line schedule Need a big team around you to function Comp and logistics $60,000-$70,000 base, depending on experience Health contribution, PTO, paid holidays On-site — this is a shop job, not remote
