Mindgruve is seeking a Project Manager, Commerce to lead day-to-day delivery for marketplace and retail media projects across Amazon, Walmart, and other online retail ecosystems. This role connects creative, media, and operations departments to keep work on track, on budget, and aligned to strategy. The Project Manager, Commerce ensures brand store campaigns, product listings, and creative assets move smoothly through development, review, and launch. They bring organization, attention to detail, and calm problem-solving to every phase of delivery.
What You'll Do Here:
Manage day-to-day delivery of commerce and retail media projects from kickoff through launch. Build and maintain project schedules, budgets, and task lists to ensure work stays on track. Partner with Account Management, Creative, and Media teams to plan deliverables, milestones, and dependencies. Track progress in Asana, keeping documentation, timelines, and budgets accurate. Support product catalogue updates, creative refreshes, media campaigns, and Amazon Brand Store launches. Identify risks early and work with leads to find clear, practical solutions. Maintain consistent communication between internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment and visibility. Help streamline workflows and improve processes across marketplace projects. Partner with Sr. PM, Commerce to uphold department standards and best practices. We Need a
Person With:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of experience managing digital, commerce, or marketing projects in an agency or brand setting. Hands-on experience coordinating Amazon or retail media campaigns preferred. Familiarity with creative production, media delivery, and content management workflows. Strong project management skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and budgeting. Working knowledge of Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Walmart Connect, and retail media workflows. Proficient in Asana, Google Suite, and reporting tools. Excellent organisational and communication skills with sharp attention to detail. Calm, adaptable, and dependable under pressure. Collaborative and proactive with a natural ability to connect dots between teams.

Salary:
$75,000
- $90,000 (Pay range is based on a market reference point and potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, experience and geographic location of the individual candidate.
The compensation range reflects base rate only.) Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
