Job Description Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and objectives. Prepare and present project updates, reports, and proposals to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards throughout the project lifecycle. Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Oversee resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: A strong background in construction within the commercial interiors industry, specifically with SCIF experience. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. A proactive approach to identifying and solving project challenges. A commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards. A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
