Job Description

Founded over 100 years ago, this national specialty contractor has grown into one of the largest and most respected firms in the industry. With a strong legacy in masonry and concrete restoration, waterproofing, and specialty roofing, the company has completed restoration work on some of the most iconic structures in the United States. Its Denver office has been serving the Rocky Mountain region for decades, delivering expert solutions in building envelope restoration.

Role OverviewThe Restoration Project Manager will lead and oversee restoration projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction management, a passion for historic and structural preservation, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of restoration projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control protocols.

Prepare and review project documentation including contracts, change orders, and reports.

Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

Monitor project costs and timelines to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

Education & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in restoration or specialty contracting.

Strong knowledge of concrete, masonry, waterproofing, and structural repair techniques.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

OSHA certification and PMP designation are a plus.
