Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Utilities Project Manager with deep expertise in both wet and dry utilities to lead multiple construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage the full project lifecycle, from customer interaction and contract execution through closeout. The ideal candidate is decisive, direct, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 5+ utility construction projects concurrently from contract award through project closeout
  • Oversee all aspects of wet and dry utility installations, including coordination and execution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, cities, and municipalities
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and field teams
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
  • Handle project invoicing, including preparation and submission
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget

  • 7+ years of experience managing construction projects, with a focus on utilities
  • Proven expertise in wet and dry utility construction
  • Experience working with municipalities and city agencies
  • Strong understanding of civil infrastructure (roads, drainage, curbs, etc.
) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once PMP certification 3 years of estimating experience
