You will work closely with technical leadership, engineering, and business stakeholders to help ensure projects move forward, blockers are identified, and work stays organized. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, communication, and helping technical teams operate efficiently. What You'll Do Coordinate technical projects and followups Help track deliverables, timelines, and priorities Organize meetings, notes, and action items Improve documentation and process visibility Help triage incoming technical requests Work with engineering and operations teams to remove blockers Translate technical updates into businessfriendly communication What We're Looking For Strong organization and followthrough Excellent written communication Comfortable working with technical teams Detailoriented and processminded Ability to manage competing priorities Strong notetaking and documentation skills Nice to Have ClickUp or other project management tools Asana Technical industry experience Software, logistics, operations, or datarelated experience Exposure to Agile or software delivery processes What Success Looks Like The engineering team becomes more focused, communication improves, priorities stay visible, and fewer tasks fall through the cracks.
