This is a hybrid field and office role designed for someone looking to grow into long-term leadership within a fast-growing company. The right candidate will assist with project oversight, estimating, customer relations, quality control, scheduling coordination, material management, and supporting field crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally. We are a structured, growth-oriented company focused on accountability, professionalism, leadership development, and operational excellence. Duties & Responsibilities Assist with project oversight and field coordination Communicate with customers regarding estimates, project updates, scheduling, and change requests Support estimating, job costing, and project documentation Coordinate materials, scheduling, and project logistics Verify project quality, timelines, and operational standards Support field crews and assist with problem-solving on jobsites Ensure documentation, change orders, and project communication are handled properly Work closely with ownership and field leadership to improve operational efficiency Conduct site visits and assist with project walkthroughs Maintain professionalism and composure in fast-paced environments Requirements / Skills Valid driver's license required Strong written and verbal communication skills required Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and crews Strong organizational and time management skills Leadership or management experience preferred Landscape, construction, irrigation, or trades experience preferred Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively Comfortable working both in office/admin and field environments Ability to follow and help enforce company systems, policies, and standards Estimating, project coordination, or customer service experience is a plus Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure Company vehicle provided for work-related travel between job sites and estimates. Pay:
$24.00 - $33.00 per hour
