Liaison between technical groups and the business A willingness to provide constructive feedback on projects Ability to independently research topics using available tools like Point and other document repositories Ability to recognize and determine whether the changes impact other systems Ability to recognize up/downstream dependencies Organizational skills; coordination of meeting agendas, minutes, and action items Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Has the drive to research and find information Excellent written and verbal communication Expected to know when to escalate Attending Kick-off Meetings Reviewing Project Charters Identifying Stakeholders Support QA Team with Testing and Defect Triage Responsibilities include:- Documenting the ticket
- Reporting back on the findings and next steps
- Escalating as needed
- Prioritization and talking through the tickets with the business
