In this senior role, you will be accountable for on-time, on-spec delivery while acting as the primary customer interface and ensuring full compliance with quality systems and industry standards. You will lead and mentor project teams, manage personnel performance, and drive measurable, actionable results in technically demanding environments. This role is ideal for an experienced mid/downstream professional ready to take ownership of critical projects within a global organization recognized for operational excellence, risk mitigation, and disciplined project execution across the energy sector.
Overview:
About the role: Guide Project Coordinators and Assistant Project Coordinators through complex customer-facing processes Mentor project teams to execute both customer-facing and internal workflows with precision and consistency Lead diverse project teams in translating corporate objectives into actionable plans and delivering measurable outcomes Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interface Provide all required deliverables to the customer with accuracy and timeliness Maintain and update operations schedules to ensure accuracy Verify that QCS personnel and inspection activities comply with QMS requirements, customer specifications, and applicable industry standards Monitor and communicate project funding status as directed by the customer Initiate and manage root cause analysis/non-conformance report processes Lead performance management, disciplinary actions, and escalation for field personnel when necessary Oversee onboarding of contractor field personnel Prepare and deliver regular internal and external reports with key metrics and value contributions Review qualifications and assign inspectors for QAQC activities Process contractor invoices and expenses for payment as applicable Approve timesheets and expense reports as assigned Ensure compliance with the PPI Quality Management System and associated documented procedures
Responsabilities:
Minimum Requirements Midstream project coordination experience along with a solid network specific to the Australian and South-East Asian Geo Market Knowledge of LNG site inspections, FPSO fabrication, API specifications and standards, AWS specifications and standards, or other governing quality documents 10 years of oil and gas industry experience 5 years of experience with NDT methods within the oil and gas industry Bachelor's degree or high school diploma (or equivalent) with a proven track record of equivalent professional experience Demonstrated experience managing personnel to achieve business objectives Proven ability to implement and enforce quality systems and procedures Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a concentration in science or engineering strongly preferred Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to coach and direct field personnel Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing project needs Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful Willingness and ability to travel to supplier sites and customer offices as required
