Longmont, Colorado | Part-Time / Full-Time- seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Operations Manager to serve as the right hand to the CEO. This is a unique hybrid role that combines executive support, project management, business operations, and special projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can seamlessly shift between managing a CEO's calendar and driving company initiatives across a commercial real estate portfolio. We value accountability, initiative, responsiveness, and practical problem-solving. What You'll Do Executive Support Manage CEO email, scheduling, and meeting coordination - reduce the load Prioritize and organize incoming communications Assist with email management and follow-up Coordinate business travel arrangements Handle confidential and sensitive information Operations & Project Management Track company-wide projects and initiatives Coordinate follow-up with accounting, property management, and facilities teams Monitor deadlines and ensure accountability Assist with vendor coordination and contract administration Develop and improve internal systems and processes Create reports, dashboards, and operational summaries Strategic Support Help drive execution of company priorities Conduct research and gather information for decision-making Support acquisitions, capital projects, tenant initiatives, and special projects Serve as a communication bridge between departments and leadership Qualifications 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, executive support, commercial real estate, or a related field Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously High degree of professionalism and discretion Strong proficiency with AI, Microsoft Office, and modern business software Self-starter who can operate independently with minimal supervision Preferred Experience Commercial real estate Property management Construction or facilities management Small business operations Project management Who Will Thrive Here You are a rockstar.
