Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator (Construction) for a full-time direct hire opportunity in Longmont, CO. This role is ideal for a construction professional who enjoys keeping projects organized, communicating across teams, and helping ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. This opportunity offers the chance to join a growing construction team in the industrial facilities and infrastructure space.   • Coordinate and support construction projects from planning through completion to help ensure schedules, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
  • Assist project managers with project planning, documentation, tracking, reporting, and follow-up.
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to support smooth project execution.
  • Schedule meetings, site visits, inspections, project milestones, and other key construction activities.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, permits, reports, correspondence, and related documentation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and communicate updates to management. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $60,000 to $80,000 per year.
