•Project ManagerRESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning & Execution Support Assist in tracking project scope, schedules, and key milestones using tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Primavera. Support coordination with internal teams to ensure timely completion of design, procurement, manufacturing, and testing activities. Help maintain project plans, trackers, and action logs. Cross-Functional Coordination Work with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, QA/QC, and Dispatch teams to monitor progress and follow up on open tasks. Support procurement tracking for customer-specific bought-out items and accessories. Vendor & Customer Coordination Support Assist the Senior Project Manager with documentation tracking, approvals, inspections, and dispatch coordination. Support communication with customers by sharing updates, responding to routine queries, and escalating issues when required. Invoice & Commercial Support Coordinate with project administration teams to support timely submission of invoices as per contractual milestones. Help track outstanding invoices and flag delays for review. Shipment & Dispatch Support Assist in preparing and coordinating shipment documentation. Support dispatch of accessories and site-specific materials in coordination with logistics teams. Reporting & Documentation Maintain organized project documentation, including: Contracts and commercial records Engineering drawings and document transmittals Approvals, inspection reports, and correspondence Support preparation of basic project status reports and dashboards.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a related role (internship experience welcome). Skills & Competencies Basic understanding of project management concepts and willingness to learn. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to MS Project, Primavera, or ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks.Similar remote jobs
