Job Description

Position Title Marketing Project Manager Position Overview The Marketing Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of marketing programs, campaigns, and strategic initiatives. This position is responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure, while enabling cross-functional teams to collaborate effectively and transparently. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and strategic problem solver with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment. Success in this role requires strong communication, collaboration, influence, and project management skills. Key Responsibilities Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including: Product Management Platform Finance Digital Experience Revenue Marketing Additional internal stakeholders Partner with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to define: Project scope Deliverables Resource requirements Work plans Budgets Timelines Develop and manage strategic project plans for marketing initiatives and programs Support ongoing enhancement of project management operations and PMO processes Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through completion Identify requirements needed from internal stakeholders and external vendors Develop and manage project budgets while ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives Identify project risks and opportunities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders Improve team execution by implementing workflows and identifying operational inefficiencies Prepare and maintain clear project status updates, activity reports, and progress reporting Model and simulate process improvements using "what-if scenarios and dry runs to identify gaps before implementation Ensure deadlines are met through effective communication and project coordination Seamlessly transition between multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred OR equivalent combination of education and 5 years of program/project management experience Experience managing multiple teams and projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Experience managing timelines, project execution, and cross-functional coordination Preferred Skills & Experience Experience working within marketing, PMO, or operations environments Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience developing workflows and improving operational processes Budget management and project reporting experience Ability to influence teams and drive accountability without direct authority Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities Experience leading projects from initiation through completion Key Attributes Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude Strong sense of integrity and accountability Willingness to ask questions and collaborate openly Team-oriented mindset with the ability to connect stakeholders across functions
