Job Description
A top restoration company is looking for a National Project Director . They need someone who is skilled with selling, writing, and running both mitigation and reconstruction large losses. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years commercial reconstruction, mitigation and restoration background. Preferably have experience writing Xactimate estimates.
Specific responsibilities include:
Define project scope, goals for each project assigned and execute. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and customers in a timely and clear fashion. Estimate reconstruction and mitigation losses using Xactimate. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Solid restoration knowledge- mitigation and reconstruction experience Experience writing estimates using Xactimate software Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills Ability to coordinate subcontractors/vendors on projects Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Exceptional customer communication and service skills Ability to sell and present contracts to the client and close deals Knowledge of the property/insurance industry Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.OFFERING
