Job Description:
We are seeking an innovative and dynamic Electrical Project Manager to join our team! As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical project management, with a strong background in electrical systems, in both service and construction. In addition, this is a front-facing role so the candidate should possess excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for individuals who not only possess the skills for the job, but also embody our core values of accountability and growth..
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensure that project goals are met. Monitor and report on project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues. Use PM software (BlueBeam, Procore, Plangrid) to manage and track project data, documents, and communication.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in electrical project management Strong knowledge of electrical permitting, estimating, job costing and job forecasting Hands-on in the field experience to serve as a technical resource for staff. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Familiarity with electrical PM software (ProCore, BlueBeam) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills PMP or LEED certification a plus
