Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure or network-focused projects Hands-on experience working within ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) Strong understanding of: Network infrastructure and data center environments Proven ability to manage: Risk, budget, and stakeholder expectations Complex, multi-workstream projects PMP certification required Job Description Insight Global is looking to add an Infrastructure Project Manager to support a portfolio of network and data center initiatives and be a part of the Enterprise Netowkr organization at on eof the largest telecommunication companies. This person will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of network and data center projects that could include but is not limited to the following: new regional data center builds, infrastructure upgrades and migrations, load balancer certificate automation, video network infrastructure migrations, Active Directory enhancements (including automated service accounts and credential rotation), and broader integration projects across network and enterprise platforms. One large project that is currently in flight that they could be responsible for is managing the rollout of the companies Community Cloud environments where they would coordinate with ISPs and internal teams to stand up new network infrastructure across multiple. This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans that encompass risk management, stakeholder alignment, budget tracking, and delivery timelines, while owning core project artifacts such as project schedules, scope documentation, and RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies).
