CONTRACT
Senior eDiscovery Project Manager Anywhere | United States Contract Our client, a globally recognized legal services innovator at the intersection of business, technology, and law, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex eDiscovery initiatives within a dynamic, remote environment. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with deep expertise in Relativity, Everlaw, and end-to-end eDiscovery methodologies who can translate firm requirements into strategic solutions, oversee data collection through production, and drive seamless collaboration across global teams. The Senior Project Manager will serve as a key client-facing leader—conducting project kickoffs, managing timelines, coordinating processing and productions, advising on best practices, and mentoring team members—while ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence. Demonstrated experience in eDiscovery project management, preferably within hosting services, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills, will position you for success in optimizing resources and delivering measurable results. This is a short-term contract opportunity with the potential to convert to a direct hire role. Specifically, the Senior Project Manager will: Understand and interpret customer requirements within the context of eDiscovery processes. Consult with customers on utilizing the firm's suite of services, particularly leveraging Relativity. Coordinate internal processes across the firm's global departments to ensure customer objectives are met. Represent the firm in customer interactions and with third-party service providers. Supervise and support other members of the Professional Services (PS) team to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively. Train and develop team members on workflows and eDiscovery best practices. Provide regular project updates and performance reports to Directors and above to optimize resource allocation and service delivery across the firm. Conduct project kickoff calls with customers and key stakeholders. Effectively manage and communicate timelines and ensure team meets all relevant deadlines. Coordinate data collection activities. Coordinate and support processing requests from customers. Coordinate and prepare document productions for customers. Support customers with migrating data between databases. Experience Significant experience in an eDiscovery project management, with hosting services experience preferred. Skills for Success Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving customer needs. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Willingness to work extended hours when project demands require. Ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Outstanding customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Technical Skills Proficiency with an eDiscovery processing and hosting platform, Relativity highly preferred. Qualifications Industry certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator, or similar Relativity certifications. #LI-DNI
