Construction Project Manager Location:

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee complex, high‑precision construction projects. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in commercial, clean room, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor environments and excels at leadership, organization, and communication. This role requires a proactive manager who can drive projects to completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation through closeout. Develop, track, and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget goals. Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to internal and external stakeholders. Identify, address, and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Lead project meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication across all teams. Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to specifications and safety protocols. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and timely delivery. Foster a collaborative, positive, and solutions‑oriented work environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience, preferably in commercial, clean room, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor sectors. Proven success managing large‑scale, complex construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency with project management software and construction technology tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Strong analytical and decision‑making skills. PMP certification is a plus. Knowledge of sustainable construction practices or LEED certification is a plus. Preferred Experience Experience with healthcare, manufacturing, clean room, or biopharma projects. Familiarity with Procore, Sage, Bluebeam, and other construction management platforms. background working with general contractors and preconstruction processes. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
