Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous Project Manager to oversee design projects from initiation to completion. This role serves as a critical liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end project lifecycles for packaging design initiativesOversee and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international vendorsCoordinate and communicate with overseas clients across multiple time zonesDevelop, track, and update detailed project timelines and production schedulesReview and approve packaging samples to ensure quality and specification complianceAct as a liaison between design, production, sales, and other internal departmentsHandle customer pricing inquiries, prepare quotes, and support cost negotiationsIdentify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth executionMaintain accurate project documentation and reportingSupport continuous improvement of processes and workflowsIf interested, please email your resume directly to anthony.riccio@roberthalf(.com) for immediate consideration
