Duties Coordinate daily activities across multiple electrical construction projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets. Collaborate with project managers, field electricians, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution. Manage contract documentation, RFIs, submittals and change orders to maintain clarity and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize ProCore and other construction management software to document progress, review drawings, and facilitate communication among stakeholders. Monitor safety protocols on construction sites with hands-on experience in electrical installations to ensure compliance with safety standards. Track project costs, labor hours, and material usage to support effective project management and reporting. Assist in preparing comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Skills Proven experience with construction site activities related to electrical systems installation and maintenance. Experience using ProCore and Bluebeam for document control, drawing review, and collaboration. Knowledge of contracts management within the construction industry to handle scope changes and contractual obligations effectively. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects. Solid understanding of construction management software platforms for seamless project coordination. Effective communication skills for liaising between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Hands-on electrical construction site experience is highly desirable to understand technical requirements thoroughly.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
