What You'll Do As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting fast-paced electrical and telecom construction projects, working closely with project managers, estimators, and field teams to keep operations organized and on track. In this role, you will: Support projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete Coordinate and assemble project closeout packages for electrical and utility jobs Manage and organize construction documents, drawings, permits, and project photos Maintain digital and physical filing systems for multiple active projects Track materials, equipment, and project-related data Assist with inventory tracking and warehouse coordination Schedule inspections, site visits, and project meetings Maintain records for employee certifications, safety training, and compliance Collaborate across teams to ensure projects meet timelines, quality standards, and client expectations
What You'll Bring Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or project support Experience in electrical, utility, telecom, or construction environments strongly preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and tracking Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced construction setting Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of accountability Physical Requirements:
