Key ResponsibilitiesLead multidisciplinary engineering teams on complex bridge design projects.

Oversee all phases of bridge design, rehabilitation, and project delivery.

Manage schedules, budgets, and client expectations.

Conduct and lead public presentations.

Perform quality control reviews across project deliverables.

Mentor and support staff through training, workload planning, and career development.

Develop and/or review engineering studies, plans, models, and cost estimates.

Work closely with state and municipal clients on transportation and bridge infrastructure projects.

Identify and support business development initiatives and proposal efforts.

Serve as Bridge Discipline Lead on strategic pursuits.

Represent the firm at industry and professional society events.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Professional Engineer (PE) license required, with ability to obtain comity in additional states.10+ years of progressive bridge engineering, design, and project management experience.

Experience working with DOT clients is required.

Demonstrated ability to lead project teams in a dynamic environment.

Strong public speaking and client-facing communication skills.

Proven ability to build client relationships and support business development.

Experience securing Federal, State, and local permits.

Strong organization, attention to detail, and project delivery track record.

Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines on multiple concurrent projects.
