Job Summary:
Seeking a Project Manager II to support Enterprise Integrated Marketing (EIM) initiatives. This role will manage multiple fast-paced marketing projects across business units, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery. The PM will lead end-to-end execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive alignment across creative, digital, and marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage multiple marketing projects from initiation to completion Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues Lead status meetings and ensure timely communication Ensure projects meet quality, scope, and deadline expectations
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of project management experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in marketing, advertising, or creative projects Bachelor s degree in related field PMP, CSM, or similar certification Experience with tools like Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Workfront
