We are a leading electrical construction recruitment firm with extensive partnerships across the country. With connections to over 575 electrical contractors, we are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join one of our partner firms.

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee complex electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction management and a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of large-scale electrical projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to define project requirements and objectives. Lead project teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines. Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Monitor project budgets and costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the duration of the project.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical projects from conception to completion. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving project goals and objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, project teams, and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are preferred but not required.
