Job Description
Under Administrative direction, manages projects within the grants department and coordinates grants through their lifecycle (i.e. application, award, implementation, reporting) ensuring compliance with grant terms and conditions. Manage administrative aspects of awarded grants, including tracking, reporting finances, and project outcomes using our online grants system (EUNA) and financial system (MUNIS). Coordinate and communicate with project teams and other city departments (e.g. Finance) to ensure grant-funded projects are progressing as planned. Provide oversight and ensure compliance with all grant implementation and reporting as required by funders e.g. Federal and State government, foundation/corporate donors. HUD experience is preferred.
