Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and customer-focused Kitchen Design and Sales professional to join our team in Hartford County, Connecticut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and selling kitchen and bath projects, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires proficiency in 20/20 design software, strong sales skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and sell kitchen and bath projects using 20/20 design software, including space planning, layout design, and color combinations. Manage multiple projects at a time, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction. Meet with clients both in their homes and in our showroom to discuss project requirements and present design solutions. Place, manage, and track orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials. Keep the showroom updated with the latest samples and brochures to provide clients with a comprehensive selection. Utilize previous sales experience and knowledge of cabinets to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Maintain a people-focused and high-energy approach in our fast-paced environment. Operate a computer and navigate software systems efficiently. Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer care in a strong team environment. Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store. Assist outside sales in identifying, developing, and maintaining accounts. Build, guide, and develop an engaged team to deliver outstanding customer care and achieve business results.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in kitchen design and sales, or a related field. Proficiency in 20/20 design software. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High energy and a customer-focused approach.
