Full Job Description Overview:

The FF&E Coordinator I supports project teams by assisting with furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) coordination throughout the project lifecycle. This entry-level role focuses on basic planning, vendor coordination, and documentation tasks under supervision. The FF&E Coordinator I reports to the Director, Facilities Program Operations, with a dotted line report to Lead of FFE/Activation.

Handle Facilinet furniture and move requests. Obtain quotes for furniture & equipment and assist with procurement activities. Support planners with Trimble processes and documentation. Assist in managing project closeouts, including final invoices and details. Create and maintain project lists and budgets for user & project manager review. Work with Project Managers throughout project phases. Identify items in AST to reduce inventory and optimize purchasing costs. Attend key planning, design, and construction meetings. Maintain awareness of vendor contracts and client objectives.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION
Associate's degree preferred; equivalent work experience acceptable.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a comparable setting.
SPECIAL SKILLS
Basic understanding of FF&E processes and project workflows. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMAND
Regularly required to sit, use hands, reach with arms, and communicate effectively. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Moderate noise level in work environment.
