Administrative / Project Coordinator 📍 Shelton, CT Are you someone who keeps projects organized, information flowing, and teams on track? Do you enjoy managing details, coordinating moving parts, and being the go-to support person who keeps everything running smoothly? If so, we'd love to connect. We're looking for a proactive Administrative / Project Coordinator to support our project teams through day-to-day coordination, documentation, and communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work with variety, responsibility, and visibility across multiple projects. What You'll Do Serve as a key administrative and coordination resource for Project Managers and internal teams Organize and maintain project documentation such as contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout files Track and manage project information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and easy access Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments to collect required documents and information Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and basic cost tracking Schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections; prepare notes, follow-ups, and documentation Support project closeout by gathering warranties, manuals, and final deliverables What We're Looking For Highly organized with strong attention to detail Clear, professional communicator—both written and verbal Comfortable working with multiple teams and managing competing priorities Self-motivated and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with project or construction software is a plus Previous experience in administrative support, project coordination, or the A/E/C industry is helpful—but not required Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shelton, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
