The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, understanding of design and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Salary dependent on experience. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets. Schedule and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution and maintain project schedules. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide construction activities on site. Monitor job site safety practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Communicate effectively with design professionals regarding project status, challenges, and solutions. Skills Strong understanding of construction methods, principles and practices. Excellent blueprint reading skills for accurate interpretation of plans. Effective project coordination abilities to manage multiple teams and tasks simultaneously. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Must posses strong organizational skills and attention to detail 5+ years experience preferred Carpentry and other trade experience is welcome to apply
