Project Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to manage projects for high-end residential homes. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage various construction projects within the high-end residential sector. Provide administrative support and ensure effective project management and construction management processes. Facilitate operations management, including scheduling and construction administration. Enter data accurately and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders. Essential Skills Expertise in construction and project management. Proficiency in project coordination and administrative support. Strong skills in operations management and data entry. Excellent customer service and scheduling capabilities. Work Environment This position is based in an office environment, requiring regular collaboration with team members and stakeholders. The role demands attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Stamford, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $80000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
